Will you, Laura, be at our wedding? I am the primary photographer at every
wedding we contract.
What happens at a consultation? At a consultation you will meet me, Laura and see my work.
I am the primary photographer at every wedding we contract. We will also address matters such as budget, albums, and other
options to make your photo package perfect.
Second photographer? Every now and again, I
have the need for a second photographer. A extra large wedding or at a couple’s request I will bring
one along.
Do you ever
schedule more than one event in a day? Never, but sometimes I will schedule two in a weekend.
Digital or film?
Digital! There are numerous rewards digital photography. With digital, I can see my shots as they
happen. If for example, someone has his or her eyes shut, take the photo again. Also, I can make a photo
black/white or color with digital.
How flexible are you on prices and packages? I am very flexible. It is my
business, so I am the person that comes up with the quotes. I will sit with you and customize your package for your
needs. We will talk about matters such as budget, coverage, albums, CDs, etc. to make your day as you envisioned without breaking
the bank.
Do you bring backup equipment? I always have at least 1-2 backup pieces of equipment with me, just
in case.
Do you charge
hourly or full day? Full day coverage is one price and most weddings go with that option but I can charge
hourly if you only want a few hours.
Should a meal be provided? In full day coverage packages (8-9 hours), I require that
my assistant and I are fed or are given a 1-hour break to get food. In hourly coverage that is not required.
What are
my payments? The nonrefundable deposit is 25% of the total and is due upon the signing of the contract.
Fifty percent of the remaining balance will be due 7 days before the wedding, and the remaining balance is due on the
receipt of you wedding photos.
How soon will my proofs be ready? I normally have the proofs ready within 2-3 weeks after the wedding.
What albums
do you offer? Primary, parent/ bridal albums, and storybook albums. The delivery will be six weeks after
the final approval of design.
Do you offer on-line proofing? On-line Proofing is now available. It is a great
way to show your wedding photos to family members that live far away. By 3-4 weeks after your wedding the
photos will be posted on a personalized, secure website. The photo number will be displayed for easy ordering.
The photos will be displayed for a period of three months.
Do you travel for weddings? I will travel
for weddings, but I have a traveling fee. Depending on how far- gas, hotel, etc. will have to be covered.

your wedding day and to show you more photos and sample albums. I will happily travel to your home or a
convenient location for our consultation.
